This course is for the Professional Agent who is interested in the current issues associated with insurance planning for the new business owner. This is a 4 hour CE Credit for P&C. This course has been updated to include the new tax law. Course Objectives include .......To learn the key areas for business insurance protection, including employer and employee needs and benefits, which are fundamental to starting and developing a small business. Assist the new business owner in fundamental, basic needs and introduce the new owner to issues that need to be addressed. Review the issues that must be addressed by the business owner as his business expands Address the inherent property and liability protection needs the owner must address as his business begins and then expands
This course is approved by the South Carolina Department of Insurance for Continuing Insurance Education Credit.
Registration
Register early to reserve a virtual seat. To reserve a virtual seat in the class, registration must be accompanied by payment in full. Phone in your registration before class date. Payment by credit card will be required for phone registrations.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Brewer Insurance School reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a class if the class has less than 20 students enrolled.
Certificates
Approved Sponsors of approved courses are required to provide a certification of course completion to each individual who successfully completes an approved course within thirty (30) business days after the course is completed. Verification of the accuracy of the certification provided by the approved sponsor remains the responsibility of the producer. (SC Reg 69-50)
